金鹰国际货运代理有限公司由中国外运集团、中国外运北京空运公司与英国空运(远东)有限公司共同出资，于1996年5月15日成立，金鹰公司注册资本为124万美元，中国外运集团持有20%的股权，中国外运北京空运公司持有30%的股权，英国空运(远东)有限公司持有50%的股权。该公司主要从事航空货运代理业务，在北京、上海和天津等城市设有分支机构。在本次设立股份公司的资产重组过程中，中国外运集团将其所持有的金鹰公司的20%的股权投入本公司。
